Yeah, Jennifer is the best VA EVAH, and Sbarge was the only redeeming quality of Kaiden Alenko. I really like them both.

Rick May (TF2 Soldier) = Drill Sergeant Nasty.
Ellen McLain = some kind of announcer.
John DiMaggio = probably a heavy combat droid, just to see if it will be more Bender or Marcus Fenix.
James Arnold Taylor (mostly known as Ratchet's voice) can also nicely imitate other actors, so he is a must.

But really, it all depends.

And Liam Neeson, of course, as Captain Dynamite.

Basically it would be like WH40K: Fire Warrior, but with less mediocre gameplay and a lot more talking and shouting parts.

I'd also throw in Rob Brydon, Peter Capaldi Patrick Stewart, Sean Bean, Craig Fairbrass, Billy Murray, Christopher Lee, John Rhys-Davis, Stephen Fry, Liam Neeson, Vas Blackwood, Christopher Judge, Sam Elliot, William Shatner, Bill Murry, Christopher Walken, Tony Todd, Michael McConnohie and Jameson Price, and make it a dialogue heavy RPG, perhaps where you play an journalist or detective and have to interview people a lot.

It wouldn't matter that all the characters in the world had the same 20 or so voices, it would be epic.

I don't endorce celebrity voice acting. I'd bring people in & make them complete for it, making sure that they can A)actually act & B)their voices sound like they would actually come from the face speaking the lines. I'd also make sure the script writer wasn;t a total cheese ball, because any corny dialogue can make a good actor suck hard.
