...then it would probably be ravaged by unrest and discontent a few weeks after it's foundation, a civil war would take place, and from the ashes the survivors would form some sort of military government that ruled over the region with an iron fist, and total incompetence.

Famine and disease would be rife, until the populace who were sick of the oppression, took up arms and eventually revolted. And the cycle begins anew...

I would rule my country as Queen, and order my armies to destory all other civilsations, then I would call my country Earth. Mascot would be a Lion.

Mercarda would be a small, peaceful nation ruled by geeks. A B.A. in science or engineering would be a requirement for all politicians, including mandatory classes on evolution, physics, and logic. People would also have to pass a common sense and money management test to have children. Rather than having armed forces, there would be a legion of hackers paid very well to hack into the communications and control systems of every other nation's military, so we could just disable them at will. Since education and intelligence will be highly valued in Mercarda, almost everyone will get high-paying jobs. With defense and the major social problems taken care of, most of the nation's budget would go toward making life more awesome.

I'd hope to find a decent sized tropical island full of tasty animals and vegetation that is out in the ocean somewhere, yet in an area that is not besieged by too many hurricanes. I'd name it something really out there (like Spunk of the Gods) and the flag would be an as-of-now undesigned video game controller superimposed over the yellow and black radioactive symbol on a white background. It'd be a peaceful country, ruled by me in a socialist government. Life would be good. We wouldn't war with any nations, but we'd have some kind of protection in case the pirates come a-knocking. Cannons, maybe. And there will MOST DEFINITELY be broadband Internet.

actualy i havent watched much robot chicken it was just the first thought that i got

My country would be known as Salutia.
There would be provinces. Unlike the U.S. system where provinces (states) can pass their own laws, these provinces would only have the power to elect a member of the oligarchial council. This council will then decide what is best for the country.
The constitution will guaruntee the right to do whatever the hell you want, except interfere with the rights of others. Crimes would be punished eye-for-an-eye. Those who murder are murdered. Those who steal are stolen from. Those who assault will be wounded in the same way.
I think that covers everything.
