Name: Pulsar
Powers: Energy manipulation and magnetism (can shoot rays of electromagnetic radiation, and lightning, move at high speed, fly, control metal as well as certain electronics.) He gives off radio waves similar to that of a pulsar.
Backstory: He'd done it. What every kid has thought of becoming at least once. Issac was an astronaut. Floating high above the world. It'd been a routine thing, just making a few modifications to a research satellite, when a pulse of intense energy hit him straight on. Where the pulse had come from no one knew but when he was brought back to the shuttle he wouldn't talk and didn't take of his helmet. He simply stood there. The heat of his suit was rising and they attempted to get it off. The crew attempted to pull up the tinted part of his helmet, to simply see how he was doing. They were greeted by a blinding light and what scientist could only describe as a miniature supernova.
Appearance: He is still in his astronaut suit, the tinted visor down. God help you if he pulls it up. His suit had no insignias, they were burned off long ago. The suit is pure white, and highly energized. Sparks of electricity can be seen occasionally arcing across his body. He gives off high electromagnetic radiation and when at full power, tends to glow with an intense white light. He curls into the fetal position, floats into the air, and begins rotating at high speeds without his tinted visor down. The action looks similar to a pulsar and causes devastating damage as well as loss of live, similar to that of a nuclear explosion.
Motivation: Unknown. He tends to be seen simply floating above cities, or walking in outskirts and farmlands all across the world. He has even been seen in suburbs and residential neighborhoods. He only attacks when confronted, but against the general public, confrontations don't last too long. When seen, people are advised to ignore and let him go on his way. He occasionally attacks places that produce energy or radiation. Nuclear Power plants, Hydroelectric dams, Fields of Solar panels, giant windmill turbines, even the Large Hadron collider. His activities to correlate in Chernobyl, mainly as a place of rest. Issac has also attempted contact with his former family, wife, 2 sons. He has never spoken.
