This includes:

-tropers
-furries
-creeps in general

Also, many lingo terms and internet jargons/memes would get purged.

This could make the internet a possibly tolerable place... could...

Just thought of something that is extremely important, I would ban all the fetishistic rule 34 from everything, as well as banning iustine from every and any thing a second time. Also I would right an internet national anthem and make everyone have to role play like different fandoms and mediums were different countries and the internet was earth, like the internet on futurama. Welcome to the escapist republic of intellectual thoughts about videogames. Actually that sounds frakin' sweet as a concept for anything really.

Actually, as far as I'm aware, NDAA didn't actually make any big changes. The media reaction to it wasn't based on anything I could find *in* the bill whilst reading through it.

I'd probably use my powers for good. First go after anyone who has produced child porn and send their information to every law enforcement department in the world. Then shut down any group which is actively planning to kill civilians or in any way breach the Geneva Convention and sent their information and a log of their internet activities to the authorities. Next, in conjunction with a group of hackers and the remnants of Wikileaks, hack into the Chinese, Burmese/Myanmarese, North Korean, Iranian and Pakistanian governments' intranets, create a webpage with a summary of this information, route all traffic to these sites and break down all firewalls which surround these countries. Afterwards, organise a crackdown on all pirated media in return for a reduction in the cost and any fees associated with downloading or purchasing said media from any location in the world. Basically open the internet to everyone. Finally, put safeguards on my powers. Create a group of individuals to advise me on what is appropriate actions. Try to keep as modest as I can. Have a waiting period on all of my actions, so none are undertaken in anger. Groom an heir to take control after my death or a way of absolutely destroying my admin power after my death.

Then id track down every person who uses the internet for criminal acts such as child pornography and personally kill all of them

But I'd also make it possible to delete things forever from the internet. With exceptions.
