i wanna get through this quickly so i waon't have the mental image for ling so here's my idea:

Bite off a big hunk of flesh from my leg and bleed to death.

I would look very closely at the walls for the joints where the level designer forgot to fill in the cracks, roll at them until I fall into the empty void below the map, and respawn at the entrance to the building with no penalty other than being slightly less physically healthy somehow. If you REALLY want me to include death, I'll do it over and over until I collapse...AFTER I respawn the last time.
