If you were promoted to an Escapist Moderator, what kind of moderator would you be?

Personally I'd just try and be like the current mods. People, myself included, seem pretty happy with the way things are run and I would simply try to continue with it as normal. If someone was banned or suspended or whatever by me though, unless it was obvious why (for example, a particularly offensive post), then I'd just make a point of giving an actual reason.
Well the current mods are doing a pretty good job anyway, but I'd defiantly try to focus on helping people, second chances, and Forum warning notices for pretty much everyone bar the most obvious trolls.
I'd also focus a lot on cleaning up several topics which are all to frequently found here, namely: religion, nationalism, and Vs threads.
I wouldn't ban them, just try to clean up the threads. In other words hand out short probations for behaviour which is all to commonly accepted (on all sides), like grouse generalizations and being an idiot.
