Storm Trooper (Star Wars, also includes other possible variants like Scout Trooper), Clone Trooper (Phase 2), Imperial officer (Star Wars), Grey Warden, Imperial guardsman (40k) and generic knight.

With that said, my top two are Imperial guardsman and some variant of the Storm Trooper armor... and I'm going to be a dick and bundle phase 2 Clone Trooper armor in there.
Edit: And I forgot the COG. I'd also be a COG red shirt.

Although the only differences between his outfit and how I normally dress are that I lack the second belt and the random buckle... things on the lapels and my gloves are actually practical. Still awesome.
It wouldn't be to difficult to build, that being said I'm probably not going to bother building it for my convention at the end of april, probably.

I'd probably go as Zoey from Left 4 Dead. I already look kinda like her...well we have the same hair at least lol.

That said, Chaos Knight does look pretty damn badass, I must admit. Much better than Dark Knight, which is basically wearing a skin-tight black skeleton that becomes a turd in coloring when exposed to ep6 lighting.
Incidentally, Holy Knight hasn't got any concept art out for it yet that I know of, so I'm eagerly anticipating what awesome form we will take for it. Personally, I'm hoping for some wings.

Well, my friend suggested I could Cosplay Advent Children Rufus since I can kind of do his voice and have an electric wheelchair. I'd LIKE to cosplay either Hei from Darker than BLACK, Squall from FFVIII, Light from Death Note, or Yosuke from Persona 4.
