Probably Haruhi Suzumiya or Haruhi Fujioka, or Aerith Gainsburough since I can't be bothered to dye my hair or anything. (If I did, however... hm, I'll have to think about it. Maybe dye my hair black and go as Tifa Lockhart or Sheena Fujibayashi...)

I would like to crossplay as Alex Mercer, though, to try something different.

(Now if I could just get the materials together and at least learn how to sew...)

I'm cosplaying as either Freya or Chii (can't decide between the outfits yet, should probably ask for opinions... >_>) from Chobits. I bought the wig today. :3
I keep having doubts because she's very tiny and cute and I don't want to look like one of those really bad fat cosplayers... which is why I'm going for something that doesn't show off too much flesh.
I think I can pull off 'cute' rather than aiming for someone sexy.

If I were to ever cosplay, I'd want it to be something with a mask. It's not that I don't want my face to be seen, it's just that I really like them.

For example, I've always wanted to wear a Storm Trooper constume. Why? I think it's because they're just so anonymous. I find the idea of hanging out in a platoon of stormtroopers, space marines, or spartans to be awesome.

Of course, if I could get an outfit as good as the guy in this vid....
starting 15 seconds in is the best Space Marine ever.

Yeah, I thought that was a good idea too. Turns out, the 1% of the population that know it, won't find you at a con, the rest just think you are a guy with a weird haircut who is way overdressed. I put so much time into the costume and props too, only to use it all of once, and only because a guy asked if I was with some other suited guys that walked by. T_T

For the Qcon anime convention in Belfast this year, I was planning to go as Marian Cross from D-gray man. Or I was thinking of just buying a sleeping bag, painting it dark green (If it isn't already that colour) and going as a Metapod from pokemon. (Yes that was a joke.)

Also does anyone else not find it annoying how cosplay is taken far to seriously by some people. Sure it's different seeing a fat man in a sailor moon costume, but to rip on some poor guy just because the wig he's wearing is slightly of, or he doesn't have the right facial features makes you nothing more than an asshole. Cosplay is suppose to be for fun, all cosplayers really want to do is represent their favourite characters.

Note: That wasn't directed at anyone here, just something I've always had on my mind, anyway I'll leave this post with one of my favourite cosplays ever done.

Ugrgh...God...I know this is a huge cop-out answer, but....I wouldn't.

WAIT, let me explain. I mean that since I really have no idea what even motivates someone to cosplay, I don't know which character I would choose. I mean, I could be cheap and pick someone that doesn't look all that different from me, but how is that any better then saying "I wouldn't"? It's still just loop-holing my way out of dressing up, so....Yeah. I honestly wouldn't. I don't even get Halloween.
