If we're defining "superhero" as "has appeared in comics and does superhero stuff," then my choices are Haruhara from FLCL and the young Silk Spectre from Watchmen. A lot of comic book women don't appeal to me since I'm not really attracted to the "supermodel with a huge rack" look.
