I always wanted to open a nightclub called 'Outer Heaven'.
Or a bar called 'He's not here' so that's what the staff would say when they answered the phone.

When I was sharing a house with friends a few years back, we assembled a bar in a spare room, with pretty much every ingerdient you could imagine and optics around all of the walls.
