Fuck, I'd be legendary in my dickocity to the point where people would use my name as a word for someone being a colossal dick.
I wouldn't be a good guy or a bad guy, I'd be that guy that everyone hates because he treats nothing seriously.

Well I like to be cold so hmm I can shoot ice beams out of my palm or because I like animals, I can call animals to my position with my mind. Although I will only use this for personel reasons, no super hero then no super villain.
If superhero transformation was an amplification of my already existing physical/mental attributes, I'd have the anger of the Hulk, the flexibility of Mr. Fantastic, and the appetite of Galactus.
As far as personality-reflecting powers go, I'd probably have some kind of superhuman endurance or something. I regularly subject myself to physical pain for the sake of becoming stronger, which has been pretty much the focal point of my life for the past year.

I'd exude an aura that disturbed people and brought them down. Their dreams seeming forever out of reach and their nightmares just around the corner.
I'd then be classified as a villain because I'd use this power to rob people and/or convince them they might as well give me the money since their life sucks so much they should go commit suicide.

Well I'm kinda a big guy, I think as a hero dude I would be tall, broad chested, surrounded by many secksy woomanz, perhaps long flowing blond hair, cobalt eye's that seem to penetrate your very soul, and chiseled features, a pearly white smile and firm pecks and core... hm.. oh, but I wouldnt run around in my underwear, i'd be wearing This : http://www.abbyshot.com/products/ps-leather-stampede-duster.php or any other secky suit on that site. yes... I like this idea
Oh and powers, yes, they is important, um, I'd be kinda like Alex Mercer, really cool concept if you think about it, compressing my biomass and consuming more biomass, using my absorbed flesh as a weapon or tool, ageing isnt an issue, ad all i need is one cell alive and i can consume and reform, Closest thing to immortality without actually being a god.

They were pretty awesome cartoons.
As for my superpower, I guess It'd be something that utilizes my imagination.
Something akin to transforming.
Like if I imagined it, I'd become it.
I don't really know what the opposite to that would be... something that eradicates imagination?

I would probably get something simple that I can work to my advantage with the life I'm living but I wouldn't be able to fight crime. My nemesis would probably be someone trying to encourage me to fight crime by becoming crime. I dunno, maybe
As i think i've said in one of the many, many previous super power threads i've seen in the last few weeks:
As i'm often reminded by people, i'm a dark twisted person. I don't want to be mr.fantastic stretching about, so lets focus on the dark part.
My super powers would be stealth/shadow magic based i suppose.
So being able to cloak myself in darkness so i'd disappear, and would silence my steps. I would be able to manipulate another persons shadow. (i.e. shadow manipulation similar to the guy from naruto.)
Also spikes that arise from shadows, piercing and impaling those i choose to strike. Also i'd be able to create "absolute darkness" aka a black hole.
As to what i'd do with these powers, well i'd probably do something that i could earn money out of like being a hitman. That or i'd go absolutely doo-lally on power and slaughter billions. Villany is too easy a pitfall.
