Depends. Are we talking like from the Alien movies? If so, I'd probably swallow a grenade. Otherwise, it would depend a lot on the type of alien; I'd do the same thing for the annelids from System Shock 2. Basically, I want to still be in control after wards, and maybe have some cool abilities. If I'm not going to be in control, then I'll try to cure it and suicide if I can't. If I am going to be in control, but it's a detrimental transformation, then I'll just try to cure it. If it's a beneficial transformation, then I'll just live with it.
