Well, hate for people is not unheard of. I think you mean whether, and what you just described sounds like Animorphs, a book series.
However, you idea does have an interesting premise, but it may sound a little bit close to having a more furry like population segment.

True...I've heard of animorphs,and what I'm thinking of is not like that...If I wrote it all down it would sound better but I'm lazy and a bad typist...And I like to dot dot dot,but I actually talk like this.And almost non of what I typed made any sense,but I'm not puting much effort into this post.
Don't worry about putting no effort into the post. I'm really not all that picky on such things. Though, I am willing to bet you could likely write something better, as it would deal more with society as a whole rather than an alien race trying to stop an evil race of some sort.
And putting a ... isn't really all that big a problem. It is a sign that someone often has something more to add on to their thoughts, but would rather not.
