I do not think death is actually the goal. It may perhaps be a consequence that happens, but it is not the true goal being sought. Perhaps your choice in your death isn't as out of your hands as you think it is.

If Shock were after your hair, I'm quite certain you would have lost it already.
Besides.....I have active respawns set up for you two, so even if someone shut down the entire fortress, you would still respawn.

@AgDr: Well, gun skills would likely be for your own protection.....but being handy at a bar is an incredibly useful skill. Though around here, a majority enjoy coffee. I trust you can handle multiple types of coffee, yes?

Personally, I'm not too big on the coffee thing, but a few of the other regulars in this thread are. So, this isn't so much about myself, but the others who usually populate this place.
Personally, do what pleases you most. I'm working on setting up a new fortress because some have expressed boredom in the flying fortress. So, do what you wish, just make sure it isn't pissing everyone else off, and you'll be fine.
