@Lelouch: Programs busted? Are you sure you got it all then? Cause not doing so can leave your computer broken long term.
Yeah this virus a tough fucker, had to burn AVG onto a disc from another comp and install it again just to get the bastard from blocking EVRYTHING!
Perhaps you need something like malwarebytes? AVG, while good, does not solve all virus problems. But it does sound like a tough bug to crush.
@Stranger: unfortunately it did. I tried going back into the archives of forum game threads, finding it, bumping it up and or reviving it but it quickly died again

Its a virus posing as an antivirus program called Protection Suite or some shit like that. Now whenever i open my internet or anything that uses the internet, i have to choose a program to open it with, and when i do, it sends me into a huge ass loop. Yeah this is a doozie
@Lelouch: Uh oh......That is one of the meaner ones. Actually quite the new one. You really will want to completely take care of that. Back up your needed files, and either reformat the disk, or get a better antivirus to run through it.
