@Stranger: Nah, whole city blocks will be keyed to the same signal. If one person doesn't believe, they'll have to deal with the fact that their thoughts killed off a couple thousand people.

Those that converted of their own free will and surrendered themselves to Her infinite wisdom will not have collars. Those that were converted by the sword, however, are not true believers as of yet. When they accept Her as the One True God they will have earned the right to have their collars removed.

@Alpha: I see. So, you have only collared those who have not yet proven their faith. Very interesting. It would seem that you are making the possible non believers responsible for their own conversion, which is an interesting idea. I wonder how it will play out.
