Well in theory you could be rejected by the retro virus and develop a lethal cancer that would kill you in less then a week.

But that depends if I can maintain the TP2 receptors that restrict growth.
But I could perfect it where any blood type can use it but making it genome specific would not only make sure not just anyone can get "infected" with immortality but reduce risks.
Even with a antidote.
