I got a replacement phone today from Orange, and to get the number transferred and the sim card activated, I need to phone them.

So far, I've been on hold for 30 minutes, and they've been streaming segments of the same 10-ish low-quality pop songs at me throughout. Honestly, I'd rather have silence and listen to something of my own choice with an uncluttered internet connection...
