Anyway, I get rather peeved at archery portrayed in popular media, though there was an interesting short program about this progressive musical sampler who took recordings of arrows in flight from a recurve archery (including clicker sounds). So: slide of carbon on clicker; click; loose; initial flight; & impact. 'twas pretty cool.

I haven't shot properly since my back packed in, though I still have my old kit... among them a dated recurved compound, Hoyt Vortec, an elegant piece, but its cables have been removed which is a pity...
