@Tizzy: My NCR reputation just disappears and I can't do certain things because of it. I've freed Nelson, helped Forlorn Hope, and did the Boulder City one. Once I did the Boulder City one I became accepted. Checked and the reputation was there, checked again and it was completely gone. >.<
