@xmbts: Well, when you return from your fun (greetings fellow paranoid), I would think that corrective surgery to be a must if your breathing is indeed impaired that much, as it is likely to be a....life shortening experience. An extremely short one.

@Stranger: It's as good as it's getting, it's not a problem with the lungs it's everything around them being sore. Sharp pains in the lower back and the sternum is always tender. Not a whole lot that can be done about that. :p
