She's psychotic not sexually fixated >_<

Actually me and my dad have come up with some good scene where the protagonist will watch her psychotic self killing the doctor (in a dream).

it will be the doctors office, at the first appointment they ever had. The doctor will ask her "Has anything traumatic ever happend to you in your childhood" (this happend in the first appointment)

However this time when the psychotic copy is asked that she will get up and walk over to the doctors Onyx Obelisk (a sort of graduation gift thingy I think it will be) which reads "good luck and have a wonderfull lfe and future"

She will then blugeon him to death with it. His secretary will run in and the protagonist will look at her only to see her face is just flesh. Nothing else. No expressions, no noise. The copy will beat her to a bloody pulp too and blood spatters all over the protagonist. The copy will then walk off with the scene leaving the protagonist in a pitt of darkness all alone.

Sound any good? Want to add to it?
