Kerrigan: I did suspect him at first too since hes tried to manipulate the Zerg both before and after I took control of them....That aside though...my terms are:
1. assist me in reigning control of the Zerg since Im not in complete control of the entire race as you and others may have thought.
2. A pardon of sorts for my actions both immediately after my transformation and while the Overlord was controlling me
3. The Wormhole Weapon if its functioning when we find it be destroyed
4. Megnsk must be held accountable for his attempted use/manipulation of my people

Those are my terms...1-4 are of priority the others are secondary at best

Hmm... very well... I find the primary terms acceptable... but I'm afraid I can't allow the Zerg in general to have access to Sigil, as I don't have that kind of authority, however I can take you to the Lady of Pain, and you can bring it up with her. -After we avert the crisis here that is... Though... if we do survive this, and you decide to meet with the Lady of Pain... I would advise that you never insult her, and defer to every protocol she demands.

I have no problem with Mengsk being held accountable... however, I must make an alteration to that... I think he should be tried by a joint Protoss-Terran Military Tribunal, as he has wronged ALL species in this sector in some way. I will preside as the main Judge, you can be the Prosecution if you like.

I have some terms for you from the Protoss. (I'll let Stukov come up with Terran terms)

Keep in mind that I'm just reading these off.

1. You be held accountable for your crimes against the Protoss (both the Conclave and the Dark Templar Nomads) that you committed of your own volition. -Sorry, but that was the best I could talk them down to on short notice, Raynor has volunteered to be your defense, and I will Judge. I'm not from this Plane, did not witness or have any involvement in any of these cases, and thus am completely impartial. -

2. You order your Zerg to leave Aiur at once, and provide reparations to go towards the Protoss Homeworld's rebuilding.
(with that one... I'm assuming you have already done so, and the Zerg still present are beyond your control)

3. Aid in the fight against the Xel'Naga threat.

4. Help to find and capture Duran.

There are some other terms involving borders, and the return of other slightly less important Protoss territories, but I'll let you look over them later.


As for your terms...
I'm afraid I personally can't grant you a pardon... you have never wronged me... you'll have to seek that from the Protoss and the Terrans...

I don't think either party will be willing to grant you pardon without a hearing of some kind... which will probably require that I go into your mind and determine which actions were truly your own during that time.

It had been my goal to destroy the Wormhole Weapon from the beginning... but I am one of the few people with the knowledge needed to dismantle it safely.

Sadly... it seemed close to being functional when I last saw it.

I would recommend that for the time being, we make locating it our top priority.

Yes... I have heard that before, and I just don't get it.

Kerrigan: I've no problem if the others involved(Protoss and Terrans) wish for my people to stay away from Sigil. Also if I survive I'd be willing to meet the Lady to discuss other terms defer to her and stay my tongue. And I'd be more than willing to serve as the prosecution in the case against Mengsk.

I'll stand trial myself for my actions against the Protoss and I'll inform Jim myself that I'll be taking him up on his offer to act as my defense. I also agree to withdraw my Zerg forces to Char and either reign in or slaughter any that are acting independently. And the final two points I also readily accept. *takes the data pack containing the other terms and slips it away for later* And if you could inform the Protoss and Terrans of my request in light of you being unable to grant the pardon...And with those issue resolved temporarily at least I agree to shifting the focus over to the wormhole weapon

And Kerrigan, feel free to help us question Mengsk... we need to know the Dominion's military rankings (who's in what position in it), security protocols, anything we'd need to fake orders from him, current positions of all of his forces, any information he has pertaining to the Wormhole Weapon, etc. You don't need to hurt him, or even go anywhere near him.... I suspect your presence will make him shit his pants enough for him to talk.

Hmm... very well.. I wouldn't recommend using your blades though.
While there aren't many who would object to anyone kicking him down some stairs or something... I don't think they'll let anything slide in the hearing. Just be sure that you don't do anything cruel and unusual.

The reason we need him alive is because he is the only way of proving that you were forced into becoming a Zerg.

That I can do! I think instead of cutting him while he's sufficiently scared shitless by my appearance I'll pin him down and whisper my evil intentions in his ear....maybe describe at length the horrors I endured as the Zerg transformed me. And..... keeping him alive may not be necessary for that reason, Megnsk only abandoned me and a thousand soldiers to die! He had no idea I'd become the zergs queen. Immortals aren't the only ones who can use Portals... all it takes is the right knowledge... or some really bad luck. Remember all of those unsolved "Missing Persons" reports? Well... some of them were just unlucky enough to stumble across a Portal while holding or using the right Key to open it. Keys can be anything from random junk to whistling a tune or kissing someone. This particular Portal only requires the blood of something unique. So... all someone would have to do is to show the Moebius Foundation how to use the Portal... but since the destruction here doesn't match anything that the Lady of Pain would do... someone's been using Sigil as a staging ground without her knowing about it. This probably won't end well.
