@Shock: Believe me when I say that if there is a chance for rain in my area I get excited. Doesn't help that we're usually on wildfire alert due to Santa Anna winds and droughts. Also doesn't help that we are always in an energy crisis because we only get our water and power from out of the state of California. Water comes from the Colorado, which is a constant fight between us and Colorado, and the entire southern part of California, from San Ysidaro to L.A, is under one power grid. This was bad because last year an idiot working in Yuma screwed up and all of southern California lost power for 10 hours.

@Nero: there certainly was in San Diego... uncle was telling me about it... and hell if it had happened in Sacramento, where I was living at the time, I can't think of a single store that wouldn't have been cleaned out in less than a minute...<.<

@Shock: I would too to be quite honest.
@Sac: I honestly would've been more concerned for the lootings that probably happened in L.A. Anyway, I could see it happening in Downtown San Diego by the Hustler Hollywood since that's a sketchy part of town. My sister used to work their until like 3 at night when the crackheads would come out and they paid her bugger to nothing and gave them no security at all.
