As you gave practically no details, I'm going to assume they are a murderer like Dexter, exacting their own form of justice on those that slip through or avoid the justice system.

In which case, no, I would not turn them in. Carrying such a secret would only bring us closer together.

It'd depend on the situation.

If she'd been watching one to many episodes of Dexter and decided that killing criminals was suddenly a good idea i'd ask her to stop, and if I couldn't make her quit i'd leave her.

If she's just killing for the fun of it then yeah, she's a bad person who needs to be in prison.

That would just be the worst thing that could happen short of one of us dying.

Depends. If she went on a Lumen Pierce-style revenge killing spree, I could be her Dexter Morgan.
In all other cases I can think of, I'd turn her in.

It depends on the level of loyalty there is between you and your spouse.
If we are both in love and loyal to each other I'd go on a killing spree with her.

Depends on who she kills/the circumstances.

I certainly can't handle murdering another person, so I wouldn't join in or anything.

Depends on the situation, as many people have said.

But in all honesty, I most likely would turn her in.

If they had objectively sound reasons to kill the people, then I would be fine with it. Alright, maybe not fine with it, but I'd tolerate it.

Right. And when your serial-killer spouse finally does get caught, you get charged with accessory to murder and go to prison too.

I mean, seriously people...

If they were someone I could love, they wouldn't be a murderer, and if they were a murderer, they wouldn't be someone I could love. Simple as.

If your spouse (husband or wife), whom you love dearly, was a murderer, would you turn them into the Police?

And if you aren't married, just be hypothetical.
Depends who they murdered and in what context.

If she wore skin tight leather it'd be kind of hawt.

And then you become their next victim. Ahh...blind loyalty.

I believe in a distinct difference between forgiveness and justice. I would personally forgive her, but the law is the law. I would visit her all the time though, to show our life together isn't over. Unless of course her life is over on death row, in which case...

Depends. If it was cold-blooded killing, or a poor reason, then yes. I wouldn't be able to look myself in the mirror if I didn't. Plus, what's to stop her from killing me eventually?
If she killed someone who deserved it, such as he raped her or some other reason along those lines, then no. I would talk to her about and suggest she tell the police, but I would not turn her in.

I'd rather be dead then just another backstabbing cocksucker that the world seems to be so plentiful of these days. -_-

Oh, and @ "EvilPicnic", i guess it really just depends on how highly you value human life. :/

It depends on the likelihood of her subsequently killing me.

Also, given my sense of humour, I'd probably just joke about it rather than actually doing anything. Meh.

Not sure how surprised I'd be if it were my current girlfriend, really...
