The first time I realised I was terrible at this was playing Deus Ex 1 for the 5th time.
I'd play through the entire game riding my maximum storage capacity for medipacks, bio cells, lockpicks, ammo, multitools, you name it. I'd *only* use one if I had already seen one in a recent room so I could backtrack - to the extent that I could complete the entire game now firing a handful of ammunition.
Then I noticed I do it all the time, any game with an inventory. Resident Evil 4 was noticeable when I completed it and discovered the armoury I had left over.
