Also, the whole DUI stops can be debated too. Let's say there are certain people who can drive perfectly fine while high. Why should they be pulled over in a random check and arrested? You should only pull a car over if it's breaking road laws and the driver is acting erratic or stupid, sober or not.

You can't drive perfectly fine while high, because your reaction times and senses are slowed, and your decision making capabilitys are shot. You get pulled over because no matter what you're like there is an overwhelming chance you'll cause an accident.

Thanks for the reply, That's a satisfying answer. I was just wondering. It was one of those "what if" questions, in the case that somebody actually could pull it off.

Then they probably would not get pulled over and they would be an actual good driver; its not illegal if you don't get caught.

Yes, it is illegal, inhaling can often cause death.

Well, do you think it should be illegal? And I dont mean just inhaling, I just mean any kind of high that isnt from illegal narcotics.

On topic: I see no reasone why cannabis is illegal, seeing as it's less dangerous than tabacco, alcohol and caffeine.
