You can't drive perfectly fine while high, because your reaction times and senses are slowed, and your decision making capabilitys are shot. You get pulled over because no matter what you're like there is an overwhelming chance you'll cause an accident.
Thanks for the reply, That's a satisfying answer. I was just wondering. It was one of those "what if" questions, in the case that somebody actually could pull it off.
Then they probably would not get pulled over and they would be an actual good driver; its not illegal if you don't get caught.

On topic: I see no reasone why cannabis is illegal, seeing as it's less dangerous than tabacco, alcohol and caffeine.
