You joined in '03? What?!
I'm just as confused as you.

Anyway, happy birthday and best of luck to great grandma. From a random person on the internet.

Well congrats, I'd buy you a beer too but I'm not sure how the "Minor selling alcohol to those of legal age" laws work out.
[sub]Only two more freaking years. Or I could go to Canada this winter...it's 18 or 19 there right?[/sub]
Oh yea, In Canada it varies form province to province. Best bet is Manitoba or Alberta. It's 18 there. Everywhere else is 19 I think...

Ah yeah I'd probably be going to Quebec, winter ski trip, but I'm 19 anyways so that works out well.
Lucky you, it's 18 in Quebec anyway.

OT: Happy birthday, enjoy your beer, good luck for your great grandma.

That is one of the only advantages of living in Ottawa. When you're 18 you just cross the river and go to Quebec!

Thanks everyone. :)

I'll be taking off soon for lunch, and we'll probably go camping sometime this week too. I've only been camping once, and I love it...we have a tent and everything. :) We would do it today for my actual birthday, but my dad has a lot of work to do.

And yeah, I registered back in 2003...but never made any posts (not even one) until last month I believe. I have a horrible memory when it comes to dates and time. :p I think at the time I was posting on other sites...forgot why I registered here in the first place, but heh. This is an awesome forum, though...best forum I've participated in.

Well, time for me to go...I'll give you guys an update on what I did and stuff, I'm not actually really sure what the plan is for today. Guess it will bea surprise :)

Happy 21st birthday!

Though you should've visited Canada 3 years ago, you're forgiven. Not everyone can make the trip.

Go have a drink.

(Can I make a thread when I turn 19?)

Wow, you've been on this site for 6 years and have less than 70 posts?
Some people don't like posting. I personally hate going to forums but when I realized that there are badges to be had, I leaped into the forums and put my two cents into everything I could find.

Wait, hang on... This site wasn't around in 2003. I think. Are you from the WarCry site?

Go and try a whiskey sour. I like those. But make sure you have a decent bartender who makes it good and strong.

Or a Manhattan. Those aren't bad either.
Definatley agree on the Manhattan, but they can be pretty strong. Might be an idea to start with some bourbon and cokes (or bourbon and dry) until you get your tolerance up a bit

Um congrats, buy a bottle and drink your problems away. It works...
Depends what's in the bottle. It's not very good when it's just water.
Unless you happen to be a hydrophiliac.
