Just advice from a guy who suffers from anxiety and depression. I couldnt sleep at night either and always felt down. I cant determine much from what you have written, but universally I'd recommend remembering that many other people have it even worse and they are smiling. Biggest advice: read. Keep your mind busy and of the fact that you are feeling sad as that will just build on itself. Read something that requires thinking and maybe even will make you start thinking more positively. Remember: happiness is a state of mind. Well good luck, its not easy but sticking through it just makes you a stronger person.
