Conkers bad fur day its probaly the only 64 game with tits and blood in it
(or if you want it in better graphics it got a remake on the original Xbox called Conker:live and reloaded it also works on the 360!)

If you want good multiplayer, then Goldeneye and South Park. Banjo Kazooie, Super Mario 64 and Turok 2 Seeds of Evil are also quite good single player games.

As great as it was and still can be, I'd actually skip Goldeneye and just go for Perfect Dark. Better in every way other than that it's not James Bond.
Turok 2 is pretty nice, and I didn't mind Turok Rage Wars because it had some decent bots (at least for the time). Other than that, everyone else has pretty much said every great game on the 64. Most of them I'd still play today.

I've read the names of these games. They are all solid titles.
Perhaps I missed Pokémon Stadium (2) or Yoshi's Story. If you can choose between Gauntlet Legends (64) and Gauntlet Dark Legacy (GC), pick Legacy. If not: grab Legends and some friends, put your brain outside the door and have fun.
Same goes for Micromachines and Wetrix, although those bore quickly.

Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie can be fun, play Kazooie first, though. That's what I did.
Oh! Mortal Kombat games, I don't know which one I played, but it was good.
Mario Party games, pick 2 or 3, number one isn't all THAT much fun, it was the title I wanted first for my SIXTY FOOOUUR, but got with Super Smash Brothers, favourite game ever since.
