I got Fallout 3 a few days ago, and found power armor, my question is this: How do you get the power armor ability on Fallout 3?

Once you get to the Brotherhood of Steel base talk to someone (sorry I forget who) they will give you power armor training. Then you can use the power armor.

Just follow the main quest. You'll get it after a few missions.

Also, you can get that perk by completing Operation Anchorage.

Paladin Gunny in the citadel trains you. Get permission from Elder Lyons and then select the appropriate dialogue option when talking to Gunny. He resides in the outdoorsy part of the citadel, training initiates.
