If you're itchin for more after Dawn of War get the Dark Crusade expansion-easily the best of the lot.
Oblivion is awesome but I never finished it either.
And if there's a game in your list that's just bad enough to sell without playing any more of it, that would be No More Heroes. Easily the most tedious minigames on the wii and that's saying something.
It's not really worth playing Morrowind or Oblivion to see the end of the story as they are more sort of games to get lost in now and again.
As for things that are worth finishing and should give you an easy win then NieR.
Stick mostly to the main quest and avoid any side quest or activity that looks like a waste of time because it probably is. In the second half of the game get the Phoenix Spear from Facade and don't worry too much about other weapons. You might want to do a replay for ending B which is worth it if you like the game world and it doesn't take too long but for C&D go to youtube and consider the game beat.

Mirrors Edge. In addition to being very good, it is short. You can get another game under your belt, and it won't be a huge investment of time before moving on to another game. If your anything like me, playing a game will make you start thinking about other games, and the rest of your list may fall into place.
Chrono Cross or Eternal Darkness. Both amazing games, but really all of them are. Persona 3 should also be a high priority.
I have the same problem. The solution: pick one and play it till you beat it. If you stop having fun before you beat it, get rid of it. I have 100+ games in my steam list and I have probably completed 10, and put 10 in the trash.
I also uninstalled all other games as the temptation to play them was too great. I kept a few casual games installed because sometimes you just want to play cards or pass a short period of time away.
Start with something linear or not expansive. Beyond Good & Evil or perhaps Zenoclash. Once you have a few linear games beat, you can try a more open and involved game. For me, having completed some linear games helped me to focus more on the main story of non-linear games like Saint's Row 2 - which was awesome once I learned to stop being OCD about some of the shitty mini-games and just it like I was watching a movie and play to have fun.
