I'm looking for a game...

Basically, the world of gaming is a bit dry at the moment whilst we wait for things such as Skyrim and AC3, but for the time being I'm looking for a game similar to Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance 2.

Dragon Age: Origins isn't quite what I'm looking for considering the combat is a bit slow and Dragon Age 2 is definitely not what I'm looking for so if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. Oblivion has been played, the Assassin Creed games have been played, Dungeon Siege 3 was boring and now I'm stuck.

For the record, It needs to be on Xbox 360, not PC, so Diablo/Guild Wars or anything similar are out of the question.

It's for my brother who is bored at uni and needs a good RPG with a lot of customisation.

Isn't Torchlight coming/already on xbox 360, maybe that one then?

Two worlds (i know, everyone else but me hates it) can be solid fun, tho it got some technical issues on console versions.

Have you tried just going and looking? Sorry to sound like a total douche but every time one of these threads are finally dead and gone, like 2 take it's place.

Torchlight, dungeon siege, dragon age 2 perhaps... how about two worlds 2? Maybe even something like Fable... There's heaps. Just go get one.

The only games that come to my mind are classic PC rpg's like Neverwinter Nights

Torchlight is on the list, but the fact you can't actually make your own dude is a bit of a let down.

Two Worlds 2 is OK, but the combat system looks really poor.

November can't come quick enough.

I hear the trolls and condemning already but I suggest fable 1 or 3 both are atleast decent games with a story that it is atleast good enough to keep wanting to know more... even if the customization is pretty bad since half the stuff you cannot touch till pretty much the end of the game; The good and evil morality and combat are just enough entertainment if you have some free time but not a boatload.
