In today's modern times, we have gone far. But some go too far on a lot of things. Like minding your own goddamn business! I swear, in today's economy, it seems like people go out of their way to make many others miserable. I get tons of shit everyday by doing nothing to anyone and doing my work. It's that local "IT'S A NERD! KILL HIM!" situation and has already been posted many times, but I'll add another one. So people, what do you think about things like this and if you had similar experiences, please share!

Just about everyday, I get some hick asshole to stick his head out of his moving car and call me a ****** just by walking down the street.

People suck.

I try to care about people, and most of the time I succeed. But I envy Aylaine because she's so loving and caring and sometimes I just don't give a flying fuck.

I had a kid call me a fagot and I challenged him by saying, "Why is that" and he said "Cause your a fagot" So I said back "Spell Illiterate on your paper then make a down arrow then hold it above your head when you walk out of class." He did it and what do you know. Every one in the hall way was making fun of him and I had a big smile. I am not to lame at my school to be honest. I am JV for Lacrosse so I mostly stick with my friends, half them are jocks.

The folks where I live leave well enough alone; they don't bother you unless they're drunk off their feet or you started it. Either way, I don't go out too much, so...no.

I am so curious as to what you look like, Julian. Get a picture on here, already! What exactly is a '******' supposed to look like anyway?
I will eventually. I just gotta get a good camera.

But as I've said before, I a cutesy and free spirited human with long curly hair, a curvy figure and soft features who lives in Tennessee.

Of course I'm gonna get called a fag.

I got called stupid(sounds worse in my language) by my brother when I told him to mind his own business and not ask everybody around (including me) about who we go out with. (wtf man seriously, just because you like to be a girl and talk gossip)

Lots of people make assumptions, and you can't really blame them. It's natural to make a comment on something even if you don't really know much about the topic.

I always just kinda laugh and move on, because I know that they don't know what they're talking about, so it doesn't really bug me.

most of the people in my class are assholes who go out of there way to fuck with its a pain in the ass when your conducting a experiment involving Hydrochloric acid and someone is trying to knock it out of your hands and or calling you a fag or something thats not even relevant to the situation just for being the slightest bit smarter or haveing a different hair cut this is the same as when your walking down the street my friend just randomly gets called a ****** by these big guys in a car people need to mind there own business unless there trying to help

What I wouldn't give for a sword during those moments. Especially if they are driving towards you, all you have to do is swing down at their neck. I'm sorry, I'm feeling especially violent tonight.

Camera NAO. ;p
Indeed! Your coy refusal to show us a picture of your curvy body arouses and infuriates us!

A whippersnipper would be favourite :p

Um, OT...
Yes. Lots. For being short, fat and nice. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I have a major stumbling block when it comes to manners. Say it nicely, or don't say it at all!

It's actually led to some real conflicts, where I've asked for what I consider to be basic politeness, and the person in question has becme extremely defensive and upset about it. People, never wantng to give, not even manners, just to receive...

I have the same problem with my brother. I will admit that when I sing in the shower, I am not conscious of how loud I am. But to tell me, "shut the fuck up, no one wants to hear you sing in the morning"...

...it was past 7 am. I get up early to go to school. A polite, "don't sing when people are sleeping" would've sufficed.

Of course, this type of friendly back and forth banter has been going on for at least a year. I am convinced that if I were to find myself in a situation where I was alone with my brother and there were no witnesses, I would kill him. At first, he just acted like a douche ever since puberty. Now, he acts like some sort of wannabe gang member.

I really want to break his arm.

Then slam his head repeatedly against everything. Walls, furniture, what have you.

I'm a couple of different types of gay, and I spend a lot of time volunteering at the local queer community center. There've been some very interesting experiences, to say the least; people drive by and shout creative things, building gets vandalized, etc.

Once we actually had a band of dudes bust into the place and start some violent crap. This, while terrifying, was cool because I got to act all tough and almost single-handedly get them to leg it. This has been my only awesome moment practically ever.

But it is an interesting point, I think. What IS the point of heckling people for no real reason? I guess people must get a kick out of it, but I can't see how it'd be fun for me. Even the people I really don't like, for whatever reason, aren't gonna change their wicked ways just 'cuz I don't like them. Very mysterious.

Maybe it's just where I live, but most people leave me alone. Sometimes if I'm alone in an inner-city suburb then I get whistled at, but it doesn't happen much. Worst that's happened was probably when some guys started tailing me in their car.

The rest of the time when I attract negative attention, it's because I'm with a group of people and we're not exactly minding our own business. But we're not breaching the peace or anything, even though the cops seem to think otherwise. I've never really had anyone come up and harass me even though I'm not doing anything. I generally try to stay inconspicuous.
