Seriously, just go to sleep. Sleep for hours, wrapped in several of the thickest blankets you have. When you wake up, you'll be covered in sweat and feel great, albeit disgusting.
Then try to go outside and do something. Get some fresh air.
Seriously, LOTS of fluids. water, Juice (cranberry is good), as little sugar as possible. uhh stay in bed unless you absolutely need to get up uless it's to use the toilet. Soup helps alot. No dairy, NO ALCOHOL. When you get over the cold, CHANGE YOUR BED SHEETS!!
