1. Colette Brunel (Tales of Symphonia) as a man. I think that'd just be a combination of Momiji Sohma and Italy.
2. Saber (Fate/Stay Night) as a man. Goodbye heterosexuality.
3. Kohaku (Tsukihime) as a man. My brain just hit a brick wall trying to imagine that.
4. Dante (Devil May Cry) as a woman. ...that's actually surprisingly horrifying, and I'm not going to imagine it any longer.
5. Evangeline A.K. McDowell (Negima) as a man. I'm having a surprisingly hard time imagining that...then again, he might just be a more mature version of Negi.

But in the case of JRPG lead characters, such organs are largely useless due to the ambiguity of the characters features and vocal chords.NeutralDrow said:
