Thought I'd try and throw up a different question here, if you could enter the world of any game, any console, any era; what would it be?
I'm anticipating at least a few final fantasy heads, but I reckon that you'd have a great laugh if you were in a Ratchet & Clank game.
I haven't given it too much of a pondering, hoping you guys will be able to throw up something a little better, a little more imaginative.

Wow, this is a tough question. Coincidentally, WoW would be one of my top choices for this - 'twould be rather awesome to actually be my paladin, taking hits from huge dragons for phat lewt & glory with no fear of death.

Maybe Psychonauts, but only if I get the psychic powers...Perhaps Oblivion, being a sneaky archer in real life would be awesome...WoW, so long as I don't have to pay the monthly fee to be alive, and I get to switch between classes/characters(One would get boring after a while.)

Golden Sun from the GBA perhaps? Alex IS the coolest thing since the coolest thing before sliced bread (whatever that might be). I'd love to be a Mercury Adept.

The Sims. It would be just like real life only their would be an omnipotent force saving me from death when I forget to take the turkey out of the oven. Plus I wouldn't have to deal with all the bizarre things that try to kill you in other video games.

Though judging by my method of playing the Sims that omnipotent force may try to kill me....

More original answer: Any Armored Core game. Doesn't have the advantages of the above that nothing's trying to kill you, but at least you're relatively safe at the control seat of a mech with an energy shield.

LOTRO. Middle Earth is such an amazing place and Turbine is one of the few (maybe only) who really captured Tolkien's world. Either that or The Elder Scrolls

Ok I know ill get hit for this one but SWG lol I know soe sucks and can barely keep there games running but, would be so cool to fly around in my yt1300 or JSF lol but even better then that LOTRO siting in some grass under a beautiful waterfall w/ a hot elf chick o yea lol and cool armour and swords is a plus hehe

Star Wars Galaxies. A JSF is a Jedi Star Fighter (available through a quest on Kasshyyyk) and a YT-1300 is the type of Corellian freighter that the Millennium Falcon was.

The funny thing about these types of threads is that. Some people choose Final Fantasy and big shooters or immersive RPGs but you have to think. Just because your in that world doesn't mean you will be the hero of it. Thats why I shall always choose pokemon cause no matter what its always awesome and there are pokemon to catch for all. It would just be a great way to go.

Either that or Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. At least there there are clans and whatnot that could be fun.

The Star Wars universe would be fun, as would the Marvel comic book universe; both have been featured in countless games. OTOH, epic fantasy worlds in which nearly everyone can learn magic definitely have pluses.

Hmm.. Oblivion would be my first one, after all the gates have been closed. The red skies scare the crap out of me and so does seeing them pop up randomly in the middle of no where.

Second would be a survivor from Left 4 Dead, I got told I looked like Zoey yesterday, aslong as I have a black guy, biker and an old chain smoker with me I'd be happy..

And maybe one of the Lego games, I'm going for Lego Indy. Just because of the pretty colours.

Hmmm thats actually a tough question because I would pick different ones for different reasons, maybe Dragon Warrior, maybe icewind dale or baldur's gate, it would definately be an RPG world for me at least, hmmm Planescape torment perhaps....its a really interesting question to ponder. Then again.....Fishing Master might get my vote on reflection.
