Impractical weapons in games

The cerebral bore. Very cool but lets face it... a brain seeking drill or a bullet between the eyes. Which is more practical?

even in the game (turok 2) it was pretty useless...it was just fun seeing things scream as your "bullet" took its sweet time drilling into their skull

the shredder with explosive shells from that game was interesting as well...it fired a cluster of explosive bullets that would explode then ricochet and explode on something else until they felt like stopping...turok 2 was awesome

Haha, I always thought of it as since it belonged to Pyramid Head James could use it. xD If everything there is a product of his mind then the Great Knife counts, too.

That explanation actually makes some sense, I never thought of that. Points to you sir for making the illogical somewhat logical.

I remember in Bad Day L.A. one of the weapons was a pair of nailclippers that you found at the airport... that somehow was the most powerful weapon in the game...
