I kinda feel like the Lethal Weapon series would have been much better if Riggs died at the end of 2. I get the feeling that's what there were going for originally but decided to chicken out at the last minute or something.
Improve an already good show or film.

Hannah doesn't poison Deb's water, have it turn out Deb did it herself to get Dexter to turn Hannah in. Then Dexter kills Debra because of it and Leguarta catches him in the act, and having him die from lethal injection.
Oh yeah, forgot about him. Also the only good part of the movie Dragonheart. Too bad he died in 2011. Such a great actor. The Usual Suspects even tho it was a bit part.Soviet Heavy said:

Blackadder - This show was very good, but even the cast and crew admit that the first season wasn't done very well, to make Edmund an idiot sycophant and so on. I say give the whole cast of the first season a chance to do-over.

I'd get the Harry Potter universe and put in a lesbian sub plot with Hermione and Ginny. I may have gotten this idea from fan fiction.
Hey now, I liked most of the first season episodes. How can you hate BRIAN BLESSED? I also enjoyed how the series subtly made Baldrick stupider as Edmund became smarter. Baldrick is a scheming little bastard in the first season, a snarky halfwit in the second season, before going dumb in the third, to being a half gorilla man masquarading as a soldier in the fourth.FalloutJack said:

I loved the original Jurassic park as a kid, but even then I never thought it was as 'deep' as people like to claim. The way it handled the whole ethical issue of 'the responsibility of science' or whatever was silly.
JP2 is much more openly fantasy. The whole thing makes no sense to begin with (how on Earth did the dinosaurs even survive on the island and form a functioning ecosystem!?) and I just enjoy it as a fantasy-movie about a dinosaur-island with evil people trying to harm the dinosaurs and getting eaten.
The girl-character fit right in as did the T-rex rampage.
I have read the books (although not for years), and while they handle the serious issues better, I just like that movie to be abut a mystical island made with SCIENCE! that has dinos.
Lost (the first 2 seasons anyway) - MICHAEL AND WALT DIE IN THE PLANE CRASH. Either that, or they're replaced by characters that aren't irritating.

Back on topic, I would have made it so that the second arc of Sword Art Online was never animated. It wasn't terrible, but after finding the first arc as strangely compelling as I did, it just felt dull and pointless.
Other than that, replace any episodes of A Certain Magical Index with more episodes of Scientific Railgun. Enjoyed the latter much more than I did the former.
Princess Mononoke: I may sound like a juvenile gorehound, but I think that film would improve if the violence was more bloody and gory. It would strengthen its impact immensely.
The Vision of Escaflowne: Make it 39 episodes long as it was originally intended. Expand on Dilandau's backstory. Have the war last more than a single episode. Show us more of Folken's alliance with Zaibach. Awesome

Let me rephrase on the point of Blackadder. I liked the first season too, and I wouldn't change a single cast member. More to the point, BRIAN BLESSED is awesome. HOWEVER, my point referred to a behind-the-scenes thing where it was revealed that the people making it actually felt that this was the wrong formula and had to stay the course regardless. Sword Art Online: More exploration of the social and personal effects of being trapped in the game would have been nice. So basically screw the 2nd arc and just extend the first (Plus more Lizbeth is desirable).

Dollhouse: instead of Patton Oswalt being a nice guy who misses his wife and has Echo imprint her; he is a rich geek who is obsessed with "Buffy" and has Echo imprinted as Faith so when his business partner's mercs show up to kill him Faith dispatches them.
Star Trek: Enterprise: Do not turn into a 9/11 metaphor. It was A) too soon and B) a terrible job.
