Pay-to-Win by my definition means paying real world money to advance in a game which would otherwise require skill and effort. And yeah this does give you an advantage over those who had to get to level 90 the hard way.
No, it doesn't.

I don't even play WoW.
It shows.

If there could even be said to be a "win" condition in World of Warcraft, nothing it would be comprised of is available via a level 90 character boost. Mechanics have been in the game for years that trivialize leveling content. I realize everyone gets an itchy ass when a micro-transaction appears, but let's try to finger the correct bogeymen, shall we? Rather than just tilting at windmills?

I kind of get your logic OP, it's just that I can think of so many other things I'd rather drop sixty bucks of disposable income on; paying to not have to play a part of a game just seems kind of odd, to me.
WoW has a staggering amount of content at this point. Blizzard are trying to find ways to allow people to access the content they prefer a bit more expeditiously. There was never a point in WoW's history that "leveling up" represented any kind of meaningful skill check. It's just time spent experiencing the world and story. If people want to skip that process, either because they're in a hurry to join friends on Draenor or because they've done it all before, more power to them.
