I've gotten into serious arguments with my brother, even massive shouting and swearing. I try to turn my mike off but he can forget, then our fights are broadcasted live. It's very embarrassing 
Also, the weirdest thing I've ever heard was this one dude tripping balls in his apartment. Dude kept shouting random and bizarre stuff, was quite amusing ^_^

that's perfectly normal, I got used to taking off my headset when I talk, but I have a whole string of hiccups where I've shouted at my flatmate james, whenever he gets too over-the-top with his homosexuality
Once during a WoW raid, someone left their mic on while they went AFK, claiming that they had a small emergency to attend to with their kid. Two minutes later we hear an entire conversation of him with the cable guy teaching him how to use his Tivo. We never let him live that one down.
Hear a guy say this on tf2.
