In one session, how long do you think you could game for?

Am I allowed to perform essential bodily functions? I'll assume I will at least be afforded brief intervals in which I am allowed to pause and prevent bladder damage. Maybe I should pick a game I don't have to pause, just in case...

Anyway, I've never lasted more than about maybe 10, 12 hours- 15 tops- My life just keeps getting in the way. I do, however, very frequently play until I fall asleep at the keyboard, so it really isn't for lack of trying.

...Wow. *Only* fifteen hours. Not sure what to think about that.

The longest that I've played was around 80-90 hours, sitting on my friends couch playing Champions: Return to Arms, pretty fun co-op game. Also I last longer if I have something else to stimulate my mind like conversation. But as for just A single player game I beat Suikoden 3 to 100% completion 1 1/2 times

I could probably beat Tales of Symphonia in one sitting, and that's about 40 hours. However, I don't think I could handle much more than that without getting grumpy and crazy.

Well, I played through dragon age origins in one sitting....

How long was that? I can't even imagine getting any enjoyment from it, or being able to soak up any side quests.

OT: 6 hours or something. After a certain amount of time, no matter how good the game is, it'll just start to irritate the fuck out of me, and you'll inevitably start to miss out on the subtleties that make truly great games great.

I enjoy a chilled, good length session - I don't enjoy feeling like the kids in Make Love, Not Warcraft look.

My most concentrated amount of playing went into AC2 though. Started it on a Friday night, finished it the Sunday afternoon - the only things I had left were feathers and treasure chests.

My record until now is 3 days nonstop trying to get server first lvl 80 Night elf Warrior.It was 2 days and a half for lvl 85.

I can say capuccino and redbull's helped a bit to keep me awake.

I beat mass effect 2 in 18 hours, all the dlc and everyone loyal.

Depends on the game really. I played M&B: Star Wars Conquest mod for close to 20 hours straight if I remember right.

I believe that my record so far was playing Battlefield Bad Company 2's multiplayer for a little over 12 hours on PS3 with a few friends.

It was awesome...

I've gone close to 8 before, on a night where I just couldn't sleep, and it seemed a good way to pass the time. Finding a game that has 8 straight hours of gameplay is increasingly hard, though

8 hours Smackdown/Raw and Lord of the Rings gaming all-nighter with one of my mates when were were about 9. the singleplayer parts we interspersed with stickman-comic drawing.
