He was a land pirate. Pillaged, plunders, murdered, no raping though, he respects women. He tried to steal from a contingent of troops, and it didn't go so well.

I intended to create a character in Oblivion and act as if he moves on to star in my playthrough of Skyrim, until I read that Skyrim is set 200 years after... Oh well, that's why roleplaying is awesome, I can invent a way for him to extend his life (with the help of quest mods :D).

I haven't though of a reason for his execution though... I will get on that after I play Oblivion :D

He got into Caius Cosades' moon sugar stash and slew everyone in Balmora in a drug fueled rage.

I like to think he killed a corrupt richman abusing the poor. Hardcore Robin Hood.

Alternatively, he was a royal guard assigned to protect a Skyrim Lord's daughter. You can guess what happened next.

Because he cannot control the urge to break everyone's clay pots, he is a serial chicken-killer, and has an unusual affinity for Will-o-Wisps that is placing the local community in danger.

He tried to make a dragon the bearer of his children.
What? The nord-warrior I'm intending to play is supposed to be really hardcore.
But don't worry, I just made this up and can't even fathom how stupid it actually is.

Hmm...Well, after becoming the head of almost every faction of Cyrodiil(Warrior Guild, Mage Guild, Assassin's, Thieves, Knights of the Nine, Champion of the Arena, you name, he leads it) and using the cumulative powers of these offices to seize the Imperial Throne, my character was ousted during an uprising led by students from the Academy of Mages (damn students!) and sent into exile.
He tried the same thing in Skyrim, but unfortunately the Nords were a tad less welcoming, especially when he told the King of Skyrim that "his mother was Beowulf's midnight booty call" while misquoting a Nord phrase-book.

Darn, Skyrim is set centuries after the events of Oblivion, isn't it? Oh well...
Then he's being executing coz e's a Redguard, innit?

He woke up on the other side of the border. He didn't recall using teleportation, and yet there he was...Alone...Naked.
