Honjo Masamune sounds like a good sword, but I don't think your understand that you can still have the Kiku-Ichimongi. Technically Kiku-Ichimonji is a collection of swords; them being created by the Japan's 13 greatest swordsmiths for the emperor. It's kind of fitting that your character would have one seeing as you are a great swordsmith. Either you could be a descendant of one of the swordsmiths or have crafted your own Kiku-Ichi. The Honjo Masamune was known for its fame, while the Kiku-Ichimonji were known for their quality; something the emperor at the time was very fascinated with.
Just have it be forged to your own liking, (i.e. just make its special effect what you want it to be; speed, elemental, or whatever). I doubt each of the Kiku-Ichimonji were forged exactly the same as the each other.

just thought i'd throw that quote out there, it kinda seemed like you were nudging the sword under the carpet a little, but you have a valid point and i hadn't seen that article, it would be fitting for a swordsmith to have a signature blade like that.

Nah, I wasn't trying to nudge it under the rug. Masamune was an incredible swordsmith, albeit a little more visionary than most and less traditional. I was just trying not to distract Fjeld from the fact that the original choice he made was a very appropriate one. Plus, seeing as each of the Kiku-Ichimonji were created by different smiths, it would give Fjeld a little more flexability on the ability it has. Heck, he could dual wield Kiku-Ichi's. yeah i know, i just re read it several times and got that vibe from the post, nothing personal, just going with a feeling.
the Kiku-Ichumoji blades currently all have the one ability listed atm, so it's down to fury whether that's flexible or not, i suggested the masamune and a speed buff because i thought it would compliment Fjeld's character, it's all well and good having an arcane skill on a blade but he's got a decent magical prowess as it is being a spellslinger, the sword would give him a better name in his trade and enhance his close combat abilities from my viewpoint, either way it's another weapon on the list.
also dual wielding is pretty tough, if you're not good enough you can hinder yourself, not sure if it'd fit too well with his current skill set, but hey, i'm not Fjeld, so i can't say anything for certain.
now, that aside i'm gonna go work on my list, see if i can't get some more weapons down for fury to look at.

@Fjeld: I see you changed to Firebrand. Just cuious, I'd like to know what it does. It sounds fitting especially since your family crest is a dragon.
The name reminds me of a katana in Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind called Goldbrand. It was basically the best katana in the game and did massive fire damage. It was kind of a pain to aquire it though. You had to swim out into the middle of the ocean and find some random sunken ruins and do a quest for the demi-god that the ruins were dedicated to. After that it two weeks of in game time worth of quests to finally get the sword.

I've added even more weapons, if anyone wants to chenge, but I think that's enough. You're still free to submit ideas, but that doesn't mean they'll get in.
Earth and Water are the elements that make things organic, so yes. You can combine your maic any which way you want, as long as it makes sense.
Aright, I was cleaning some dishes earlier and ad i read washing a glass cover thingy, I supported it and cut my left middle finger badly. I had to go to the hospital wand get stitches. This means that I won't be able to come up with a high quality sheet before the deadline.
