I just finished inFamous 2 yesterday with the hero ending and did it kinda make anyone else sad...

I thought it was a good ending, though I'd still like to see an InFamous 3.
Maybe with a slightly older Zeke playing a sort of mentor role to the new conduit.

Incidentally does anyone know how to get the Kessler Skin to apply? I haven't quite been able to figure it out, it doesn't show up under skins.
From the standpoint of expecting every series to become trilogies or continous arcs, the fact that the end came RIGHT HERE took me by surprise.
This is probably one of the best stories I've had to encounter within gaming, and suddenly, I'm at a loss, that this might be the end of the InFamous universe.

If you watch the good ending then youll see right at the very end there was a strike of lightning on the boat where Cole is so they could be alluding to a possible "resssurection" so they can make a third one no idea if its true bc you have the evil ending with cole as the beast or cole as "dead" so where would they both show up and how would they get the storyline for good and evil cole to be similar until the end like in 1&2
I just beat both endings and I cried during the evil one
The character development for every character was fantastic (especially Zeke) then being made kill Zeke after becoming attached to him just killed me inside.
If they make a sequel and stay to the same formula they have and fix the minor problems of infamous 2 then that sequel will be a perfect game

Two things came to mind when I saw the good ending.
1) "Thankfully, the Hero story arc isn't canon (hence the title)... right? Right?!?"
2) I wonder if that final lightning bolt you see - ya know, as Zeke sails away into the distance there is this one, big, final lightning bolt - is to imply that Cole's not really dead.

Pretty sure the hero ending was canon in the first game, so I assume it would be canon in this one.Thunderhorse31 said:

John was the beast after he was sucked into the Vortex, and the introduction of fire based powers would mean that Cole would become the beast if you chose to be the villain in Infamous 2
