Theres already a thread but I am not updating something over a year old.

I pulled a muscle in my leg playing MW2 about an hour ago, I got what I to be cheap killed, I clenched my leg and it stayed that way for a good minute, it hurt like hell and I cannot stand up straight on my left leg without pain.

So whats your story, and if you have suggestions on how to mend muscles feel free to share.

Well after losing to Seth on Street Fighter 4 for the seventeenbajillionth time I raged and punched the wall.

I didn't hurt the wall, but my knuckles sure hurt.

When I game on the computer, my right leg always curls up underneath my chair tightly.

This leads to cramps, loss of flexibility, stiffness, pain, and a noticeable limp.

Problem, I never notice I'm doing it until I try to get up. Kinda sucks.

My friends were playing Cooking Mama for the Wii at my house (Don't judge, it's my sister's, and it's fantastic when you're bored and are looking for mindless mother fuckery). Being 16 year old boys as we are, I give them the idea that if they want to win they should fuck with the other in any way they can. They do, and start wrestling on the floor. Eventually, the round ends and my one friend gets up off the floor to discover his arm was gushing blood. The gash was at least a couple inches long and at least a couple millimetres deep. My dumbass sister had lest a paper cutter open and he had cut his arm on it. We dressed the wound but had to replace it three times over the course of the night.

Cooking Mama is serious buisness.

I got a headache yesterday from TF2. I was on about 7 health running round the enemy base with an equalizer. I got 4 kills and a hell of a lot of blood and adrenaline rushing to my head. Good times.

On mending muscles: That doesn't sound too bad, as injured muscles go. I'd just leave it alone until you can move it without too much pain, then I think the standard procedure is gentle exercise. Just don't pull it again.

Stretch it gently if you can, see if you can loosen it up a bit. Put something warm on it, or have a warm bath. Just keep your leg relaxed, so your muscles aren't all tense. I get this a lot after I exercise, since I never stretch before or after.

I occasionally get a sore wrist from gaming, and it's probably not so good for my health when I sit in front of a monitor for hours on end without moving. Makes my back ache. I try to get up and walk around every half hour, and that helps.

I've had various injuries on chairs, including one while stretching back and straining a muscle in my neck, but I can't remember any specifically while gaming.

People have a tendency to hit me if I win (especially in sword vs hammer matches when we play Halo 3 LAN). So there's been a few bruises through the times.

I was playing Ski-Free once as a kid, and set my hand on a light, I was blissfully playing the game until the light began to smoke, I pulled my hand away and pulled away a few inches of my skin as well. Hurt like hell for a month, and what made it worse was when it blistered over my cousin tickled me, I slammed my hand into a wall, and opened the blister again.

I to this day still feel odd playing Ski-Free

While playing the original Mario Party on the N64 I tore my hand up pretty badly after repeatedly doing the mini-games where you had to move the joystick in a circular motion.

I've got a severe case of eyestrain right now. It happens all the time, especially after I've played for six consecutive hours.

More than once have I been injured.
The two main ones are the most retarded.

When DMC4 came out I played it on Devil Hunter. Well anyways I was playing Agnes and at around the fifth time I tried to kill him and getting supper close he kills me off. I throw the controller onto the couch only to have it bounce right back up knocking my glasses off and giving me a black eye.

The other one, I was playing MW2 and I was in twenty three kills and on my way to twenty four giddy with joy I didn't realize I was holding my breath for about ten kills. Lets say some wanker killed me and I ended up seeing spots and wanting to throw up because I held my breath for so long.
