While playing the original Mario Party on the N64 I tore my hand up pretty badly after repeatedly doing the mini-games where you had to move the joystick in a circular motion.
hehe, good times. I've broken 3 controllers that way, the sticks just go completely out of shape and don't stand upright anymore.

I have had my neck cramp up..well then again i did play FF7 for 10~15 hours in a row. Stopping for food and bathroom, of course. But i played part of it on my bed on my back, head over the edge of the bed...hour later...neck hurt.......on a different note....hehehe..most fun pain in did...was when my dad and I went to am amusement par in Pennsylvania...got an all day pass and basically opened and closed the place. next morning... I could not shake my head no my neck hurt so good. Would i do it again? YES!!!

umm yeah i don't rage out while playing games enough to hurt myself. The closest i've ever come is when my friend freaked from a cheap kill and hammer slammed his controler so hard it shattered all over the room.

Yes, but its only ever been my fault due to my rage. The back wall in my room, which my bed lies against is basically hollow on my side (it has a thicker layer a couple of inches futher in). So when I get angry, I tend to turn around while sat on my bed and puch the wall >:S The reason I punch that one is I can make a hole in it. So it makes me feel like I have accomplished something in my pain!

Blistered myself multiple times from moving the N64 Analog Stick while playing Track & Field. My mum got so concerned that she bought a football glove specifically for me to use while playing that game. I have strained my arms from time to time while playing some fast paced Wii games exstensively, but not much else.

When I was 10, playing Marvel Superheroes on the PS1, I used to play sooo much and mash the crap out of the pad I always ended up with huge blisters on my thumbs. They were very painful but I just couldnt stop playing...That's about it I think :)

What a good mother.

When I bought a PS3 (first own console) my left hand kinda wasn't used to that kind of movement and gave me a few cramps. The right hand was okay though, I think the training on my gaming mouse helped.

I was playing Ski-Free once as a kid, and set my hand on a light, I was blissfully playing the game until the light began to smoke, I pulled my hand away and pulled away a few inches of my skin as well. Hurt like hell for a month, and what made it worse was when it blistered over my cousin tickled me, I slammed my hand into a wall, and opened the blister again.

I to this day still feel odd playing Ski-Free
You win, thats the worst.

I keep getting blisters on my wrist from hardcore mouse usage. Also, my headset hurts after about 3 hours.

I've gotten Gamer's Thumb more times that I can count, and I've had a few cases of Joystick Jam. Just to clarify my ideas of Gamer's Thumb, it is when you play so much you scrape the skin off your thumb. Joystick Jam is when you jam your thumb from using the joystick too much.

Pulled an obscene amount of muscles and sprained more than a few ankles playing Pump it up and DDR over the years.
