His guardians eventually arrived, he interfaced with them immediately.
He went behind the one he had named John and pulled a rifle off his back, an odd design that would be referred to as an arc rifle by the Mechanicus, he cabled it into his armour, and wired devices known as an exterminators to each side of it. He checked the systems and interfaced an odd fuel tank to the bottom of it. The diagnostics said everything was functioning, so he hooked in an extra gas cylinder. He had just performed a field modification to a sacred design... one that would be heretical anywhere but here, here they would understand.
He unplugged himself and left the bridge, deciding it would be a fruitless gesture to stay here... in the head of the beast. His guardians followed.
...
He walked through the ship, passing various sights of the destruction wreaked upon it, by the heretics, the abominations...
He felt anger, but this was a dangerous place to have it.
He passed the wounded, and the uncollected dead, they should be burnt.
...
He arrived at his workshop, the hastily raised barricades had been attacked and damaged. It seemed the servitors had pulled them down and replaced the essential parts though. He cut an opening so he could get back in, and his servitors looked at him guns raised before lowering them again. He walked around the room, interfacing with each of them one by one giving them their orders.
He went through his supplies and resupplied himself, cleaned his filters, went through diagnostics, refilled his fuel, recharged his batteries, etc.
He began loading up a hoverlift with as much supplies as he could grab, food, meds, ammo, weapons, parts, etc...
And his technicals began to do the same to others.
He interfaced with each of his servitors again, and he and they left his workshop, it having now been stripped of near everything.

The convoy eventually arrived in an area near the cathedral. He found a large empty room, and ordered his servitors to setup in it. He disabled all the electric eyes the ship controlled, in the room, and left it.
...
He walked into the cathedral, packed with men and women, praying for protection. He couldn't see a priest at the time, he assumed they were going throughout the ship consecrating the dead and tending to the wounded. He walked into a sideroom, and found a dead priest, an unconscious priest, and a catatonic one. Anthony checked the dead one, he had been sliced in two... A martyr.
He inspected the unconscious one, he pulled one of his eyes open learning and discovered them to be entirely black. The catatonic one began muttering incoherently in some Xeno language. Anthony pulled his chainsword out and killed them both in two strikes. He rapidly immolated the corpses to be safe, but put them out before the fire could spread.
He walked out of the room and sealed it with his dendrites. A guardsman walked up to him and questioned him about the noise.
Anthony responded "A crazed guardsman jumped me when I investigated his babbling."
And walked into the isles where he went to pray with the rest.
