So ive had about 58 hours of sleep in 24 days.

Does anyone have any ideas that
1. Does not involve medicine
2. Does not involve self-inflicted physical harm.
3. Does not involve anyone-else inflicted physical harm.

Please and thank you. (Oh and yes, ive tried masturbation)

And for discussions sake, whats the longest youve gone without sleep or having very little sleep.

I've gone about 48 hours without sleep before. Running on very little sleep, however... well, how long's a school year?

but seriously, get more exercise, don't drink alot of cafineor sugar, if you're attempting to fall asleep at 10 try having dinner at around 7 or earlier to give for body time to digest and burn some energy, white noise from a fan always helps me, stick to a constant sleep schedule, make sure the room's dark ( the brain will produce chemicals to keep you wake if you're in a bright room), and keep a diary next to your bed to write down any of those pressing thoughts you get before falling asleep (writing them down helps get them out of your head so you can be more at peace)

I dont know if ill be able to cut out caffeine and sugar, everything in my house (except water) has one or both of them. (Gotta love living in Southern US)

I tried reading that...I didnt sleep a wink. But i was up all night throwing up and regretting my life. And after a while, I ended up pouring glitter all over my self the girls would be attracted to me....

How determined are you to get rid of your insomnia?

If you're dedicated, DO NOT go to bed at your normal time. Wait until one or two in the morning to go to bed.

This will hopefully set back your biological clock.

Besides that, I don't have any other advice besides having a wank.
