I tried to use eternal coils of the dragon serpent (Hazama's special in Blazeblue) while playing as Kefka in Dissidia the other day.
Playing duex ex:HR this week i have so far tried to hit the left trigger to aim guns seems i play too much cod.Also a few nights ago while playing was sneaking around pressed right trigger expecting it to go into vats for some reason thinking i was playing fallout.But instead threw a grenade at a guards back.

Trying to use VATS in COD will not help it will in fact make you flash yourself, also switching between COD and BFBC2 can lead to you attempting to knife someone and instead you hit them with a nade or trying to throw a nade and knifing the air in front of you neither of which is helpful.
After playing Infamous for a while then switching to Assassins Creed 2, I dropped off a ledge on a tall building in Florence and expected Ezio to gravitate to the nearest grabbable ledge. Only he didn't, and Ezio plummeted to his death. Unfortunately, Ezio refuses to grab onto ledges unless you press the right button, unlike Cole who can't help himself from clinging to everything he brushes up against.
Playing any sandbox game and running face first into a wall (expecting to climb it)... too many games in my library have wall-running.

I kinda remember playing a COD game after playing Fall Out 3 for a while, and trying to bring up VATS while I was getting shot at. I accidentally threw a grenade against a near by wall and was unable to escape the blast radius in time.
When I've been playing games, if I need to pause or check the map I've been pressing Circle. Damn you PipBoy >.<. I've also been trying to figure out problems in real life as if they're block climbing puzzles...need to lay off the Catherine.
Back when Mirror's Edge came out for the PC, I played through it twice. Then a couple friends wanted to play some half-life 2 deathmatch. For a moment I was wondering why I won't wall-run when I pressed space while along a wall, until I realized, too late, that I was playing another game!

I think I have had this issue with Catherine, I would do what I could in that game, and I think in MVC 3 I find myself hitting the select button, hoping to hear the "Undo!" to fix my mistakes. Evidentally, I died more than I usually do for just sucking at the game.
I tried using Noel Vermilion's Distortion Drive "Zero-Gun: Fenrir" yesterday to win a match. The thing is, I was playing Touhou Hisoutensoku with my PS3 controller hooked up to my computer and when I first tried BlazBlue, I kept trying to launch people like in Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
